<p>FALCON EDGE COMBATIVES (F.E.C.) is an intensive three-month long knife self-defense course. F.E.C. focuses on training you to react to real world situations by placing you in gradually high stress situations. Eventually, you will develop reactive/reflexive responses to overcome the obstacles that you face. As you progress, your mind and body will grow to instinctively react when your life is threatened.</p>

B. Learning and Developing Your Techniques</p>
<p><strong>Learning</strong><br />
a. Understand that you react/respond to different stimuli based on where you<br />
place you focus.<br />
b . Understand how your hand/eye coordination works.<br />
c. Learn the basics of empty hand and knife fighting techniques.<br />
d . Learn how to use a knife in most hand –held positions.<br />
e. Learn how to disarm a knife.<br />
f . Learn how to fight while on your knees or prone.</p>
<p><strong>Developing</strong><br />
a. Speed your reaction time through drills that redirect our focus.<br />
b . Improve your accuracy through drills.<br />
c. Improve your empty hand and knife fighting techniques through practice.<br />
d . Increase your comfort level by wielding and shifting positions of knives<br />
in your hands.<br />
e. Improve your ability to disarm as you learn how knives are used.<br />
f . Practice fighting on your knees or prone.</p>
